As a general rule, infants and young toddlers are not permitted entrance to a show for Health and Safety reasons. However, for some family shows, this rule is lifted. Please contact the venue directly to enquire about a specific show and the rules around infants and toddlers.

Most of our shows will have an age limit of over 16's, unless otherwise stated. The standing area at all shows at 3Arena is strictly over 14's unless otherwise stated by the venue. Anyone attending under the ages of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18+. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us. Please note for all events parents with children under the age of 14 must have a seated ticket. From time to time the age limit on some shows will increase, this will be at the discretion of the promoter.
All bars in the venue are over 19's and a valid ID must be presented to purchase alcohol.

If you have purchased your tickets on www.ticketmaster.ie, an email will be sent to you giving you further concert information. Due to the nature of live entertainment all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change. We cannot confirm exact times to when the main artists will arrive on stage in advance. Please allow additional travel time to get through security checks, ticket checks and box office collections. Our kiosks offer our customers a variety of snacks, confectionery, hot and cold drinks, and the bars at 3Arena provide our customers with a range of alcoholic beverages. We have official merchandise stalls open at every show at 3Arena which offer a selection of official concert memorabilia for sale. Patrons are advised not to buy merchandise from vendors outside 3Arena, as these are not licensed suppliers and the quality of products cannot be guaranteed.

Patrons are advised to bring as little as possible when attending a show. Large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted. Professional style cameras are strictly prohibited. The unauthorised use of cameras, video or any other form of recording equipment is also strictly prohibited. At certain events, the promoter or artist may request a ban on all photography. If this is the case, announcements will be made in the venue. No food or drink is to be brought into the venue.

3Arena is located at North Wall Quay, Dublin and accessible via all public transport routes inlcuding Luas/ Tram, Dart/ Rail and Bus. The venue is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and a ten minute cycle. If you are driving to the venue, car parking is available in the vicinity. We would encourage you to avail of public transport where possible.
