Bags no bigger then 40cm x 40cm x 20cm are allowed. Large rucksacks, luggage or oversized bags are not permitted. 

We are now a cashless venue. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted, but you can bring a compact camera with a lens no bigger than 35 mm.

3Arena can host 13,000 fans.

Food and beverages cannot be brought into the venue, even unopened bottles are not permitted. There are various bars and retail units throughout the venue serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a range of confectionery and snacks. We do not have any sit-down areas for food.

Children under two years are not permitted in the venue. This is due to health concerns and exposure to loud noises. Please call the venue on 01 866 3400 if you have any questions regarding this.

Please refer to your tickets which will give you the door opening times and show start times. Additional information can also be found on our website, social media, and the promoter’s website. We do not get the information for stage times until the day before or day of a show.

No, we do not offer cloakroom facilities at 3Arena. 

If you believe you have lost an item when at a show at 3Arena, please contact us via email at enquiry@3arena.ie to report your loss and we will endeavour to find your property quickly and without fuss. You can also call the venue on 01 866 3400 and speak to one of our team who will do their best to assist you. 

If you leave the venue during a show, you will not be re-admitted. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

Please note: Wheelchairs are not permitted on the ground floor during any show. This is due to health and safety concerns.

Our Box Office is located at the front of the building on the Liffey side. Please go to this entrance and you can collect your tickets. The Box Office opens at 6.30pm on the night of every show. You can find a detailed map of the venue here. 

Once you purchase a ticket, whether it is standing or seated, you must go to that designated location which is printed on your ticket. The standing area has a limit to the number of patrons allowed in the area. We cannot allow patrons to enter this area without a ticket due to crowd control and health and safety reasons. Alternatively, please go to box office at the start of the show and speak to the manager on duty.

You can purchase your tickets for events held at 3Arena through Ticketmaster. 3Arena does not sell tickets. You can purchase your tickets via Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.ie.

Please note: Ticketmaster are the only selling agent 3Arena are associated with and we do not recommend purchasing tickets from any other site.

Yes. If you have registered for Three Presale, you will receive a text message before every show at the venue, to confirm when presale tickets will go on sale. 

All tickets with GA (General Admission) are Standing Tickets. Please go to the Seating Plan for a detailed layout of the seating area. When purchasing tickets, please make sure you select Section and Location to purchase tickets in your preferred area. 

Getting to 3Arena couldn't be easier. The quickest way is to use public transport. The Luas Red Line will leave you right outside the venue. The DART and buses leave you within a 20-minute walk. Click here to see further information.
