Food and beverages cannot be brought into the venue, even unopened bottles are not permitted. There are various bars and retail units throughout the venue serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a range of confectionery and snacks. We do not have any sit-down areas for food.

Our Box Office is located at the front of the building on the Liffey side. Please go to this entrance and you can collect your tickets. The Box Office opens at 6.30pm on the night of every show. You can find a detailed map of the venue here.

Once you purchase a ticket, whether it is standing or seated, you must go to that designated location which is printed on your ticket. The standing area has a limit to the number of patrons allowed in the area. We cannot allow patrons to enter this area without a ticket due to crowd control and health and safety reasons. Alternatively, please go to box office at the start of the show and speak to the manager on duty.
