First Irish Comic to Sell Out 3Arena…And Now She’s Doing Two!
It’s official. Joanne McNally is not done with the 3Arena just yet…
After making history as the first Irish comedian ever to sell out Dublin’s 3Arena, Joanne McNally has now added a second night at the venue on Saturday 5 December 2026, becoming the only Irish comedian to headline the arena for two nights.
Tickets for the newly added show go on sale Friday 13 March at 11am. Fans can access the MCD Presale from their MyMCD account from Wednesday 11th March 11am. Login or register at mcd.ie/mymcd.
The milestone comes as Joanne wraps an extraordinary run of live shows across Ireland and the UK. Since 2025 she has played more than 30 sold-out shows across the 3Olympia Theatre in Dublin alongside dates in Cork, Kerry and Mayo, while internationally her star continues to rise with ten sold-out nights at London’s Eventim Apollo.
Her stand-up show Pinotphile has become one of the most talked-about comedy tours of recent years, with Joanne delivering the sharp, fearless and brutally honest storytelling that has made her one of Ireland’s biggest comedy exports.
Expect the full Joanne McNally experience: chaos, confessions, dating disasters, men being roasted within an inch of their lives, women thriving, and the occasional moment where she realises mid-sentence that she probably shouldn’t have said that out loud… but carries on anyway!
A second 3Arena show is not just another gig. It’s a proper milestone moment for Irish comedy.
Joanne McNally said: ‘Honestly I thought selling out one 3Arena was the sort of thing that happens once in your life, like getting married or successfully keeping a sourdough starter alive. Now we’re doing two nights which feels either incredibly glamorous or deeply irresponsible. Either way I’m thrilled. I promise chaos, confessions and absolutely no personal growth.’
