  • I am a 3 customer, can I get Presale tickets?

    Yes as a 3 customer you can get presale tickets. Just text MUSIC to 51020 and you will receive a text back to confirm you request.

    If you have registered you will receive a text before each show announcement to explain how it works.

  • Where is 3Arena located?

    3Arena is situated at the heart of Dublin's docklands. The address is 3Arena, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.
  • Ticket location information (Standing & Seated)

    Section GA - General Admission STANDING BLOCK - Seated Please note Standing is over 14's for all shows. When selecting tickets and seats are needed please untick Standing to ensure you receive the correct ones.
  • What should I bring with me?

    Patrons are advised to bring as little as possible. Large bags/backpacks are not permitted but bags size A4 or smaller can be brought in. Professional style cameras are strictly prohibited. The unauthorised use of cameras, video or any other form of recording equipment is also strictly prohibited. At certain events, the promoter or artist may request a ban on all photography. If this is the case, announcements will be made in the venue. No food or drink is to be brought into the venue.
  • Who do I contact for lost property?

    If you believe you have lost an item in 3Arena, please contact our enquiry@3arena.ie to report your loss and they will endeavour to find your lost property quickly, safely and without fuss or call the venue on 01 8198888.
  • Are there cloakroom facilities?

    No, 3Arena does not have cloakrooms.
  • Can I leave 3Arena and come back in?

    There is a strict no re-admission policy once you exit 3Arena.
  • What can I buy when I am in 3Arena?

    3Arena has a wide range of outlets. Our kiosks offer our customers a variety of snacks, confectionery, hot and cold drinks, and the bars at 3Arena provide our customers with a range of alcoholic beverages. We have official merchandise stalls open at every event at 3Arena which have a selection of official concert memorabilia. Patrons are advised not to buy merchandise from vendors outside 3Arena, as these are not licensed suppliers and the quality of products cannot be guaranteed.
  • How do I find out when to arrive and what time a show starts?

    Please refer to your tickets which will give you the door opening times and show start times. Additional information can also be found on our website and the promoter’s website. If you have purchased your tickets on a href="http://www.ticketmaster.ie">www.ticketmaster.ie, an email will be sent to you giving you further concert information. Due to the nature of live entertainment all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change. We cannot confirm exact times to when the main artists will arrive on stage in advance. Please allow additional travel time to get through security checks, ticket checks and box office collections. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.
  • Are there any age restrictions?

    For most events we have an age limit of over 16's in place unless otherwise stated. The Standing Area at all shows in 3Arena is strictly over 14's unless otherwise stated by the venue. Anyone attending under the ages of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18+. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us. Please note for all events we recommend parents with small children buy seated tickets. All bars in the venue are over 19's and a valid ID must be presented to purchase alcohol.
  • Are under Infants and Toddlers allowed into shows?

    As a general rule infants and young toddlers are not permitted into the venue for Health and Safety reasons but for some family shows this is lifted. Please contact the venue directly to inquiry about a show.
  • Where do I collect my tickets?

    3Arena's Box Office is located at the front of the building on the Liffey side. Please go to this entrance and you can collect your tickets. The Box Office opens at 6.30pm on the night of every show.
  • Can I bring food and drinks into 3Arena?

    Beverages cannot be brought into the venue. There are bars inside were alcohol and non alcohol beverages may be purchased.
  • Can I get food in 3Arena?

    We do not have any sit down areas for food. There are hot dog stands and sweet and popcorn stalls on each floor.
  • Bar Restrictions/Age Limits

    All bars in the venue are over 19's and a valid ID must be presented to purchase alcohol.
  • What is the capacity of the venue?

    The capacity for a fully standing show is 13,000 and fully seated is 9,000.
  • Where is a suitable area to purchase tickets for people with mobility issues?

    Patrons with mobility issues are advised to purchase tickets in the Flat Seating area or in the Lower Tiered seating Block A - Block G. People with vertigo are also advised to purchase tickets in these sections as anything higher may not suit.
  • Can I bring a camera into 3Arena?

    Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted, but you can bring a compact camera with a lens no bigger than 35 mm.

  • Where can I purchase tickets for events at 3Arena?

    You can purchase your tickets for events held at 3Arena through Ticketmaster. 3Arena does not sell tickets. You can purchase your tickets by logging onto www.ticketmaster.ie or phoning 0818 719 300. Please note Ticketmaster are the only selling agent 3Arena are associated with and we do not recommend purchasing tickets from any other site.
  • Where is a suitable area to purchase tickets for people with mobility issues?

  • I purchased a seated ticket but want to go to the standing area?

    Once you purchase a ticket whether it is standing or seated you must go to that location printed on your ticket. The standing area has a limit to the number of patrons allowed in the area. We cannot allow patrons to enter this area without a ticket due to crowd control and health and safety reason.
  • I have seen tickets on sale on websites other than Ticketmaster, is it ok to buy them?

    Ticketmaster are the sole ticket agents for all events at 3Arena and we strongly discourage patrons purchasing tickets from any other websites. Customers have been refused entry at a number of events previously due to invalid tickets bought from unofficial vendors and unofficial websites. To reduce disappointment and to guarantee entry we recommend you purchase all tickets through Ticketmaster.
  • How can I check where my ticket is for?

    Please note that all tickets with GA (General Admission) are Standing Tickets. Please go to the Seating Plan for a detailed layout of the seating area. When purchasing tickets please make sure you select Section and Location to purchase Seated Tickets.
  • What is Service Charge?

    Phone and internet bookings are subject to 12.5% service charge per ticket through www.ticketmaster.ie.
