Useful info prior to ticket purchase

  • Where is a suitable area to purchase tickets for people with mobility issues?

Patrons with mobility issues are advised to purchase tickets in the Flat Seating area or in the Lower Tiered seating Block A - Block G. Also people with vertigo are advised to purchase tickets in these sections as anything higher may not suit. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any further queries before purchasing tickets.
  • Are there any service charges?

The prices that we list on our website exclude fees and charges unless otherwise stated and telephone & internet bookings are subject to: 12.50% s/c (max €6.10) per ticket or agents €2.15 per ticket.
  • I purchased a seated ticket but want to go to the standing area?

For everybody's safety, we require that you go to the location printed on your ticket. The standing area has a limit to the number of patrons allowed in the area so we cannot allow patrons to enter this area without a ticket due to crowd control and health and safety reasons.
  • I have seen tickets on sale on websites other than Ticketmaster, is it ok to buy them?

Ticketmaster are our sole ticket agents for all events at 3Arena, so for your own protection we strongly discourage you purchasing tickets from any other websites. Unfortunately, customers have been refused entry to 3Arena in the past due to invalid tickets bought from unofficial vendors and unofficial websites. To reduce disappointment and to guarantee entry we recommend you purchase all tickets through Ticketmaster.
  • Can I bring a camera?

We are happy for you to bring 35mm cameras to most events, but professional style cameras are strictly prohibited. Video or any other form of recording equipment is also strictly prohibited. At certain events, the promoter or artist may request a ban on all photography. If this is the case announcements will be made in the venue.
  • How do I find out when to arrive and what time a show starts?

Door opening times and show start times will be printed on your ticket. Additional information can also be found on our website and the promoter’s website. If you have purchased your tickets on wwww.ticketmaster.ie, an email will be sent to you giving you further concert information. Due to the nature of live entertainment all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change. We cannot confirm the exact times of when the main artists will arrive on stage in advance. Please don't forget to allow additional travel time to get through security checks, ticket checks and box office collections. And finally, always leave plenty of time and arrive early to avoid disappointment.
  • Can i use an iPad in the venue?

Following numerous complaints from bands and other customers we do not allow the use of iPads in the venue. If you have one with you, it must be kept in your bag and not used to record or take pictures.
